Terms of Service

1. About the Service

LabelCheck ("the Service") is an AI-assisted label pre-check and proofreading tool operated by Apexdream (上海极梦以太智能科技有限公司, "we", "us"). The Service lets you upload label artwork and requirement documents, and generates automated comparison reports.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The Free plan includes a limited number of label checks per calendar month.
The Pro plan ($49/month) includes 100 label checks per calendar month and renews automatically until canceled.
Payments are processed by our payment partner Creem, acting as merchant of record. Applicable taxes are handled by Creem at checkout.
You can cancel anytime via the "Manage subscription" portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload content you have no right to process; attempt to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; resell the Service without our written consent; or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service (OCR, AI analysis, report generation). We do not use your content to train models.

6. Disclaimer

Reports are generated automatically by OCR and AI and may contain errors or omissions. The Service is a review aid, not a substitute for professional or regulatory review. Final compliance responsibility remains with you. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these terms or modify the Service; material changes will be announced on this page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
