1. What we collect

Account data — username and a hashed password.
Uploaded files — label artwork and requirement documents you submit for checking.
Usage data — job history, timestamps and technical logs needed to operate the Service.
Billing data — subscription status and identifiers from our payment partner Creem. We never see or store your full card details; those are handled by Creem and its payment processors.

2. How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the Service: running OCR and AI analysis on your files, generating reports, managing your subscription and quota, and troubleshooting. We do not sell your data or use your files to train AI models.

3. Processing partners

Parts of the analysis pipeline use third-party AI/OCR APIs to process document content, and payments are processed by Creem (merchant of record). These partners receive only what is necessary to perform their function.

4. Storage and retention

Files and reports are stored in your workspace so you can revisit past checks. You may request deletion of specific jobs or your entire account at any time by contacting us; we will remove associated files within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

5. Security

All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
